When placing an order with JT Customs, you understand that you are ordering a custom product that is built to your exact specifications and agree to the following:

"Approximate" Lead Time Information:
Custom Cerakote and Stippling (mail in): Please allow up to 6 weeks from time grip module is received. Our cerakote services are outsourced so this provides a buffer for their schedule and client workload.

Stippling without Cerakote (mail in): Please allow for up to 3 weeks.

Mail-in Stippling: Please allow for up to 2 weeks from time grip module is received.

Quick Ship: Please allow for up to 2 weeks.

*I do my best to get orders completed as soon as possible but there can be issues with grip modules being out of stock / backordered and other things out of my control.*

By placing an order with jtcustomwork.com, you (the customer) understand that your order is made-to-order and is a custom made product done entirely by hand and will be worked on in a timely manner without sacrificing quality.

By placing an order for stippling services you hereby consent to the modification of my firearm/grip module/frame and understand that by doing so, the factory warranty may become void. Additionally, the modifications being performed will permanently alter the firearm/grip module/frame and cannot be reversed. You understand that each instance of modification is unique due to the process in which the modification is applied. No changes/refunds can be made once an order is placed. These terms and conditions release JT Customs, any and all owners, presidents, co-owners, employees, subcontractors and staff from all liability relating to injuries that may occur as a result of work or services performed. By acknowledging this agreement, You agree to hold  JT Customs entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. You also acknowledge the risks involved in modifying a firearm from its factory specifications. These risks include, but are not limited to, loss of factory warranty, financial loss, bodily harm or injuries including but not limited to death. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to you as the buyer. By acknowledging the terms and conditions, you forfeit all rights to bring a law suit against JT Customs, for work or services rendered.

 

SHIPPING NOTICE:

Per federal law, complete firearms and serialized frames must travel overnight service to and from an FFL. Non serialized items (slides, barrels, grip modules, etc) can travel ground service.

You may choose any carrier of choice. Orders will be returned via UPS or FedEx.

Please include a copy of your order confirmation, your state issued-drivers license or government issued ID and your pistol permit/concealed carry permit. You are responsible for shipping costs to our location. Shipping insurance is encouraged.

Grips and slides have to be sent to them and put into their queue of work to be performed. Ordering a custom product means that no two are ever the same. Stippling Textures, Patterns and Cerakote colors and camo patters may vary slightly from grip to grip. Any photos or promotional material should reflect that.

In addition, firearm sales continue to skyrocket in the US with no signs of slowing down. This means items like Sig Sauer grip modules are also frequently out of stock from Sig Sauer and our dealers. This can impact lead times to some capacity.
