SLIDE AND FRAME MODIFICATIONS

Customer agrees and understands that the completion of their order and sending a firearm frame to Integral Defense Group, LLC, they have requested permanent modifications to their firearm. The customer is aware that any requested modifications will void my factory warranty.

By having Integral Defense Group, LLC modify your frame, you are voluntarily requesting that these modifications, with full knowledge of this, and therefore assume any and all risks.

Integral Defense Group, LLC, is not held liable for damages due to misuse or neglect, and are released from any and all claims, lawsuits, and liabilities.

Texture patterns may vary & NO changes to the order once it is submitted. If the customer chooses to forego signature confirmation when shipping their polymer frame to Integral Defense Group, LLC, they hereby waive any of Integral Defense Group, LLC’s responsibility for any package that could be lost or stolen.

SHIPPING FOR SERIALIZED FRAME WORK (i.e. Glock, M&P, Etc.)

UPS and FedEx have recently tightened down their policies regarding the shipment of firearms. Information below for your records:

Therefore, as of August 2022, ANY stippling and cerakote work for serialized firearm grips (Glock, M&P, etc) MUST be shipped through a local FFL dealer in your area.

*Sig P320, P365, P365XL grip modules are not considered firearms so they can be shipped using any carrier. Keep the slide and serialized Fire Control Unit with you and just ship the grip module.

YOU MUST first place your order on this website and include the Order # for reference. We will be working off the work order that you attached and included in your package so make sure your online order and this paper work matches. If there are discrepancies then you may be contacted to pay for any additional work that was not accounted for in your online order. If we receive any package that was NOT shipped from a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee and/or does not have a corresponding online order # then no work will be done to them and your grip will be returned.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned accessories. There are NO RETURNS on stippling, machining, or gunsmithing work. All sales are final. If approved (not custom framework and stippling), order cancellations will be refunded less credit card fees (3%).

DAMAGES OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reciept and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PRODUCT UNIQUENESS

Every grip module stippling and cerakote is custom and made-to-order. By ordering from IDG Stippling, you agree that you are ordering a custom product and that no two products are exactly the same. Any photos or promotional material showcasing our products on social media reflect these differences. Minor differences in border design, stippling pattern and cerakote may be present on your grip module.
