SLIDE AND FRAME MODIFICATIONS

Customer agrees and understands that the completion of their order and sending a firearm frame to Integral Defense Group, LLC, they have requested permanent modifications to their firearm. The customer is aware that any requested modifications will void my factory warranty.

By having Integral Defense Group, LLC modify your frame, you are voluntarily requesting that these modifications, with full knowledge of this, and therefore assume any and all risks.

Integral Defense Group, LLC, is not held liable for damages due to misuse or neglect, and are released from any and all claims, lawsuits, and liabilities.

Texture patterns may vary & NO changes to the order once it is submitted. If the customer chooses to forego signature confirmation when shipping their polymer frame to Integral Defense Group, LLC, they hereby waive any of Integral Defense Group, LLC’s responsibility for any package that could be lost or stolen.

SHIPPING FOR SERIALIZED FRAME WORK (i.e. Glock, M&P, Etc.)

DO NOT send your frame in the factory box. This will also save you money on shipping due to size/weight. Please ship in the smallest package possible. The package also must NOT bear any markings that indicate the identity of the contents is a firearm. Please have your frame pre- packaged before entering the shipping provider’s location. Your package MUST include the following:
  • A completed copy of the order form (E-Mailed to you upon order completion)
  • Photocopy of your state issued ID and/or Carry Permit
  • Integral Defense Group’s FFL License
  • Any proof of employment for military / LEO discounts.

We will ONLY ship your serialized handgun back to the address on your state issued ID or Carry Permit. NO EXCEPTIONS! If this is not possible for whatever reason then you must provide us with a FFL dealer in your area who will accept your package for you.

YOU MUST first place your order on this website and include the Order # for reference. We will be working off the work order that you attached and included in your package so make sure your online order and this paper work matches. If there are discrepancies then you may be contacted to pay for any additional work that was not accounted for in your online order. If we receive any package that does not have a corresponding online order # then no work will be done to them and your grip will be returned.

RETURNS

We have a 2-day return policy for non-custom Sig Sauer grip modules (i.e. pre-stippled grip modules), which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return due to any imperfections. This does not apply to Glock framework or made to order Sig P320 or Sig P365 (and XL) grip modules. These are made to order based on the customer's specifications and include custom cerakote color(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
